Scott VanderHart

Senior Pastor

Pastor Scott has been working for the church since 1989. He worked with the youth for 23 years and has been senior pastor for 10 years. He and his wife, Carol, have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

Shawn VanderHart

Music Leader/ A.C.T.S Director

Pastor Shawn has been working for the church since 1999. He is the director of our homeschool academy and is the music leader at church. He and his wife, Shannon, have 5 children.

Adam Phillips

Youth Leader

Adam started working with the youth in 2012 when Pastor Scott took over as senior pastor. He has a full-time job, but puts in a great deal of time with our youth group. His wife, Karrie, grew up at Adelphi. They have 4 children.

Our Beliefs

We believe that the Bible is the inerrant, infallible and inspired Word of God.

We believe in the virgin conception and birth of Jesus Christ.

We believe that Christ physically arose from the grave three days after His crucifixion to show that our sin debt was totally paid and that He possessed power over sin and death.

We believe that Jesus Christ, as the Son of God, is God who became flesh.

We believe that mankind is saved by the grace of God without works. The gift of eternal life is given to us when we trust Jesus Christ to be our personal Savior.

We believe that Jesus Christ, when He was sacrificed on the cross, made payment for our sin. As our substitute, He paid fully the debt of sin that we could not pay.
